Listed Species Surveys and Permitting
Pale Blue Dot Consulting (PBDC) is experienced conducting general listed species surveys as well as species-specific surveys to identify State or Federally Listed Species on properties before development or purchase. Presence of such species can increase development costs, potentially leading to various restrictions on site plans, depending on the species and habitat extent. Certain conditions may allow the species to be relocated (such as the gopher tortoise), while other conditions may require purchasing mitigation credits from specialized conservation banks.
